August DanceFestival 2009:

KASPER DAUGAARD POULSEN / CLUB FISK /DENMARK/ "Forestillinger"

"Forestillinger" is a short performance consisting of two dancers, two costume changes, two masks, an easel and an elaborate explanation of the performance and its underlying structure.
The Danish title "Forestillinger" is apt, as it can mean performance, or impression, as well as imagination.

Club Fisk's work is characterised by a liberating sense of humour together with a good dose of classic Scandinavian minimalism.
