KINOTEATER´S RETROSPECTIVE

At the beginning of April, Kinoteater invites all its friends to value theatre traditions and be part of the retrospective of their performed works. In their fourth season, fresh repertory theatre Kinoteater has decided to look on past. Everything repeats and there is no point in doing something new. While theatre NO99 is searching for its political identity even more desperately than politicians, while Draamateater has to revive stage characters who have not left us yet and Linnateater celebrates its 50th anniversary for the third year in a row, it is germane to watch some excerpts from Kinoteater’s older performances, to eat a slice of cake and reflect on Kinoteater’s contribution in the local cultural landscape.

The event starts with a moment of silence to commemorate the death of psychological theatre 25 years ago.

Kinoteater’s retrospective takes place in Kanuti Gildi SAAL, which at the beginning of millennium, was known for avangard performances. A party is organised for the ticket money and all of you are invited.
