’KORDUMA KIPPUVAD K...’

Do the questions or the experiences or the punishments tend to recur…or maybe the fears?
It’s all one imitation after all.
Imitation as a phenomenon that relates to imprint as well as bank relates to banking.
Or imitation as imitating one’s imprints.
This imitation business has passed through us and blown us into pieces.
So now we know that we’re all imitations of something and that our imprints cover it all.

Janari is tha shortest of us.
Anyhow Priit teased us…Nele, Karmen, Madli… all the time. He told us to measure our feet, to figure out who’s got the longest ones.
Griti meaning Ingrid is simply the tiny one who has always wanted to be a part of the tall ones. Well we’re not yellow. We’ve all got long feet, similar dance background.
And well now we have a piece of tall women.

´Tallinn-Aegviidu 8:45´

Inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés book ´Women who run with the wolves´. An abstract idea that found its way of expression during the contact improvisation workshops at NoTaFe in Viljandi in July 2005. The way we move has evolved through improvisation, creating appropriate images and way of expression. This is an experiment without conclusive elaboration. It is a journey on its way to complete performance. We’re interested in the invisible that is flowing in between the visible and invisible. The final version of this piece is planned to be presented by spring 2006.
