Within the context of nowadays capitalism the consumption has so many more functions besides survival. Consumption can declare your concept of the world, your preferences and predjudices, your identity. Consumption has entered the spheres that were unthinkable within the terms of consuption and those processes have continuously boosted: you consume security, safety, experience, knowledge.
Consumption does not only reflect ones social belonging but it also creates possibilities to join certain groups.
This is a graduation piece of Mihkel Ernits at the Department of Choreoraphy of Tallinn University.
