“EAST VIRUMAA REPORT in the form of a concert”



After the Tallinn street riots in April 2007 the Minister of Culture of Estonia offered grants to foster integration of Russian speaking youth in East Estonia into the Estonian society. ZUGA went there and did it with performances involving locals. This concert is to give account as to what questions arose and how/whether they found their solutions.

UNITED DANCERS OF ZUGA is one of the most exceptional contemporary dance groups in Estonia, they are mainly interested in process, because the result always depends on the context into which it is placed.
